Dear Citibank team

I am Vineet Kumar and I trying to recharge my sim card using jio UPI and transaction is processd by your payment gateway and my money is deducted but my recharge dont happen so please check my amount and refund my money I am attaching the screenshot of my transaction for your reference thanks my transaction I’d 011702890628
