I’ve recharged my no. on 8th may the first time it failed but amount deducted and still waiting for the amount to be refunded but couldn’t contact customer service executive on any no. provided by airtel.
Second time due to urgency I’ve recharged my no. again and this time I’ve got transaction id (2005081159599) but still recharge has not been done.
Facing problem due to no outgoing call and no Internet and also amount has not been refunded for both the recharge.
