Text of Complaint by Lalit Taneja:

I have opted for online car service from GO Mechanic due to COVID 19 as I a had heating issue in my car. I have taken comprehensive package for my car for 6299/. But after inspection total scenario was changed they told me my coolant elbow, hose pipe was damaged due to which coolant is not sticking and getting leaked. I have said ok for it and they have changed and charges me 12629/.. I got the message at 4:30 your car is ready for delivery but after so many reminders I was told driver stuck in other car delivery and he will deliver at 6:30 but it didn’t came and after reminder workshop person Ankit told me that your coolant cap is damaged and we are arranging it and will deliver at 7:30 and they added a charge of 815 for a coolant cap.. All unwanted charges are added in the bill which I will attach in the attachment. I got my car at 7:45 then the picture are shocking the car was messy from outside and inside. I thought I have wasted my 13455. But when i take a ride on my car i got know some water noise is coming up and then i called the workshop owner Aman. They picked my car and nobody is bothered to update me what is the issue. They dropped my car with the same issue the water noise. I want my charges back which I have paid because the service was not satisfactory and it was a mental harassment.
