Dear Sir,
I had done 49 Rs. online payment for recharge of my Mobile no 9428414132 on 23.03.2020. But till my service of this number is not started and balance for call is also not received. I am tying to call your customer care person but till yesterday I could not done contact of him.
So, please do necessary and start my call service immediately. Otherwise I will do complaint in Grahak suraksha.
