Details: While doing a meter recharge of 5000INR (order id: 6649261199), the amount was deducted from my bank account twice. First time, the amount was paid using a 1000 INR wallet money + 4000 INR from bank account, next time, for the same recharge, somehow another 5000 INR was deducted.
The order id that I quote is the only one shown on my paytm app, the duplicate amount is not even shown on paytm, only shows up in my bank statement. I have filed a complaint and keep hearing the same answers from paytm’s extremely rude service people over sporadic messages, there is no number that I can contact as well. I want to get a refund of 5000 INR immediately
