Text of Complaint by Vishal Dahotre:

I am writing this letter because not any solution regarding my return request. I ordered ‘Carazy CaroManic Durable Rapid Compatible Door Visor Cum Side Window Deflector Cum Rain and Wind Deflector for Rapid Set of 4 Pcs(Black)’ on ’19 July 2021′ and I got item on ’26 July 2021′. Upon the delivery, I have discovered that the product is damaged. Then I put return request same day and I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with the customer service of Amazon.in but my item pick up not done. I have do multiple time the same procedure (put return request and contact customer service). Still now I have same problem, pick up not still done of this item. And customer service still tell me next day your pick up done but next day not come to pick up.
Unfortunately I rise this complaint..
This is not at all expected from Amazon and your poor customer service, and as a customer, I feel terrible because of this response.
