Text of Complaint by Akshay Vinayak:

Meesho being a good brand and not checking what they are dispatching is absolutely absurd. I ordered a Kurti worth ₹335 upon which I received torn pieces of cloth and on return claim, they reject the return stating bogus reasons. The return policy is 7 days for the product and somehow they say it’s 48 hrs and not processing the request. I request a refund or the genuine product that I ordered.
