I have ordered a power bank from Flipkart. On 12-10-2023 around 11:32 am, I received a call from the delivery boy to which I answered that I wanted to reject that order. For that he falsely told me that no you can’t reject an order on the doorstep, which means no matter you have to pay and get delivered(false information ), then he cut down the call.
After 5 mins (11:37) he once again called me and talked in vulgar language and tried to force me to buy the product in harsh language. But still, I politely denied it. Then he started to give me death threats and threats of physical violence by saying if you don’t buy it I will come and storm your flat and kill you there. He also said in harsh language that he was native to the place he could do whatever he wanted and threatened physical harm.
For that I informed him that this call was being recorded still he said he didn’t care about that.
