- I have a Vodafone connection number 9512231758 with plan 199. Initially they gave me a plan of Rain. 399 and told me after verification call they will convert it in to 199. I did not get any verification call and at the end of month I got bill of 500. I paid it and request to discontinue this number. They did not discontinue. And I keep getting the bill. I refused to pay the amount and in the month of February I got the bill of rs. 785. When I refused to pay, Vodafone discontinue the services of my regular no I am using since many years. I paid 600 by cash on 9/2/2019 and 180 cash on 12/2/2019 at payment centre guj-vfs naranpura, Ahmadabad And gave a written request to discontinue the services of the number. And at that centre they do the required process for closing this number. But Vodafone did not do it and now I am getting a frequent call to pay the amount 1300 as pending bill of that number. I request you to do the needful as this is becoming very serioys
