Text of Complaint by Akash Mishra:

We had placed order of 3 sarees around 2nd October and received 2 infant T-shirts instead. we requested for return through meesho app but the receiving agent said “the quality check failed and please lodge the complaint and request for complaint through mail”. the same activity repeated number of times causing us to loose much time & efforts. every time we call meesho we get the same assurance “Sir/ma’am you would be helped”.
we never had this kind of issue in the past so we placed order in bulk this time and got troubled. in parallel we are approaching it the legal way as there is no customer satisfaction so far.

If you can help, we would be grateful and be cautious with such unsupportive online trading platform.
