I have placed online 3 Nos Mens Shirt L @ 999/0 COD basis by seeing the display in the site on 01-09-2021. I have received the courier on 05/09/2021 with a marking on courier Delivery with Tracking ID: 1605015998506. There is also marking as under
Customer ID: #TSKS126191
MAP ID: 27391630
Order Date: 01-09-2021.
After paying the money Rs.999/- I have opened the consignment. to my shock and surprise, I found 3 No. XL shirts which is toned and having dirts on the shirts. They were look like used and old ones. It is not a mistake or oversight but deliberate attempt to point blank cheating of public and I could find number of people have complained about the same problems. How come a company point blank going on cheating and intimidating the general public taking them to a task making a hole in their hard earned money. It should be dealt legally for cheating and harassing the public and making them fool.
I have sent multiple requests to their team (mail id that I have used to send return request : thestockstoreco8@gmail.com) and I didn’t get any reply from them.
My hard earned money got wasted
