I had ordered food from zomato and restaurant name was EATFit. There were three food item , in which one food item received wrongly. So then I explained the same thing to Zomato customer executive and requested for either replace my order or refund my amount. Then they denied saying that restaurant is not responding to my call. Similarly all the 3 customer executive said the same thing. In fact they provided the complain email id and sent to their department they also denied. So I want my full refund that all here there is no mistake from my side.
My point are as below:-
Zomato can not simply deny saying that we have delivered the food. Customer executive said to me you have received food. I can’t help. If I order biryani and these PPL deliver curdrice who will except. I think no one

They are such an irresponsible company. They just want to grab hard earn money from customer. They say that write down review to theirs website. Is that solution?

They have closed all customers services for me. Nowhere I can chat with them.
