I ordered two cargo pants after seeing an ad on Instagram, but Instead, I received a pair of smelly damaged soggy formal pants. I had ordered the product in cash on delivery and when It was delivered to me, I made the payment through Phonepe. I received this product on 13th October 2023 and its exact price was 899.00 INR. After that, I tried to talk to them through email, through phone, and their website but nothing happened.
I ordered it from a site named https://closetluxe.shop/ but during delivery, I was getting text that the pants you ordered from Faction Hut and Shipping partner ‘Ekart’.
Finally, I called the ‘1930’ cyber cell and they gave me a WhatsApp number, asking me to send them the front page of my passbook and a screenshot of the transaction done on the ‘Phonepe’ app and I did it right away. The cyber cell officer told me that after sharing all these documents on ‘WhatsApp’, within 24 hours, they will share a 12-digit complaint/FIR number with me on the same ‘WhatsApp’ and then on the basis of that, they will take action. I did as the ‘Cyber cell’ department told me but till now I have not received any 12-digit complaint/FIR number. It’s been more than 24 hours but I still haven’t received the complaint number. The ‘Cyber cell’ department had asked me to do WhatsApp ‘+91-7656902703’ on this number. Please do the needful.
