Text of Complaint by Shaili Chowdhury:

  1. I order from silkysmooth99.myshopify.com for a package where there was 7set of bra and panty.
  2. I ordered it on 16-07-2021
  3. When I placed an order I didn’t receive any confirmation for the same and the page was not reloading.
  4. Today i.e.,24-07-2021, I received the product through delhivery and made a cash payment for the same.
  5. When I opened the product only 3bra was there that too of low quality.
  6. Now when I want to return the product I am unable to do that and delhivery is also not helping me.
  7. Kindly help me in getting my money back.

Hi i have received a parcel from this company yesterday by paying 1099 and when i opened the parcel item are totally different low quality and there is no contact number ,they dont have return policy and also i have sent mail but there is no response kindly take strict action .  I have enclosed the product which i ordered and what i have received
