Received the product of different colour. Not able to return it as it is not yet updated on flipkart’s System that i have received the product

I am writing this for the order number of Flipkart- OD125769429199319000

I have received this order on 22nd of August that means it has been delivered to me on the said date. By profession I’m an advocate and we used to wear Black Suit and I have received a Dark Navy Blue Blazer from flipkart. Now when i want to get it returned from the app i cant as the return option was not available on the website/app. When I called customer support on the 22nd They asked me to wait for the next 24 hours to get it updated on the portal. I waited for it and again called on the 23rd for the same problem. When the option was not there they again asked me to wait for another 24 hours.I waited again and called customer support again after 24 hours on 24th. And, they again asked me to wait for another 24 hours. Okay!! Sorry to say but when i called again after the 24th on 25th Without providing me any resolution they provided me another date of 30th of August with Incident ID – IN220825185141024247351. They assured me that my problem will be solved by the 30th. I waited again for the next 5 days without disturbing you guys again and again for the same thing as I was very much assured that on the 30th either Return option will be reflected or You guys will refund me the amount and will pick up the order after that. But guess what happened!!
I got a call from the senior escalation team and they said that your status has not been updated yet. I can’t help you. He provided me with a toll free number and asked me to complain over it again about the same thing which i had already done on 22nd that the return option is not showing on the app. (Toll free Number 044-45614700).
I did the same on the 30th And they asked me to wait for another 24 hours. I waited again and I got a call from the senior escalation team again and she again asked me to register a complaint on the toll free number. Please let me know if it is my fault that it has not been updated on your portal?? It was updated on my app on the very same day it was delivered.

Ill be waiting for your immediate reply with some Appropriate resolution.
