I have ordered vivo v20 mobile from paytmMall worth of 25000 but received old damaged Samsung mobile with open sealed box. I complained to paytm team within 10 min of receiving the product. They said that they are investigating about this. But after one week they closed my issue by saying false reasons that ” their courier partner has delivered correct product to me”.
