Hello,
This is the second instance I am receiving surprise couriers which ask for Cash on Delivery. And both the times the order is from Xpressbees courier. No comments about the integrity check of a Courier company. However, I see the same both the times, it is the same courier company and they ask for OTP to cancel the shipment. It is risky. Also, something which was never ordered arrives at the door step is subject to be investigated.
My mom has already paid the amount as it was cash on delivery and she mistakenly thought that I ordered something for herself.
I want them tk refund it to my mom and take the products back ASAP.
