I had ordered one broccoli and one lettuce leaves from Swiggy Instamart on 12th June 2023. I opened the package to cook it on 13th June 2023 and saw that the vegetables were rotten and watery. I lodged a complaint in Swiggy against the same. Unfortunately, I didn’t click picture of rotten lettuce leaves but only broccoli. They told me they can’t help me with lettuce but would give me a replacement of broccoli only if I returned the rotten broccoli back to them. I mean what is this behavior? Do they expect us to keep the rotten veggies for them to take it back! this is unacceptable.
