I’ve received incorrect order. I have order for curry, and they have provided incorrect order with meals. where I lost my amount and food which I can’t have it . I contacted Zomato in all possible ways , I didn’t get proper response from Zomato . They even said they can’t compensate for the issue I’m facing. And not even supporting the customer if it was a mistake from the restaurant side. I would like to investigate how the order got changed in the Zomato application.
