Text of Complaint by Ansy Dsouza:

I would like to raise a formal complaint against Ghar Soap regarding an incomplete order and lack of customer support.

I placed an order for 18 soaps through their application. However, I have received only 6 soaps, and the remaining 12 soaps have not been delivered.

I have been trying to contact their support team via email for the past 4 days, but I have not received any response. Additionally, the customer care phone number provided by the company is not active, making it impossible to reach them through any channel.

This situation is highly disappointing and unprofessional. I request immediate action to either deliver the remaining 12 soaps or provide a full refund for the undelivered items. I also request that appropriate action be taken against the company for poor customer service and failure to fulfill the order.
