I recently ordered a shoe rack from Shoppers Zone for ₹999, but upon opening the package, I was extremely disappointed. The item was completely different from what was shown in the advertisement, both in pictures and videos, and it was also damaged. To make matters worse, the email and customer support number provided were fake.
I feel cheated, having lost my hard-earned ₹1000, only to receive a poor-quality product worth barely ₹50. I am also disappointed with Ekart, as they allowed such a fraudulent company to operate on their platform without proper background verification. Being a trusted and reputed logistics company, people rely on Ekart to ensure a safe shopping experience, but this incident proves otherwise.
Ekart must take responsibility for enabling such scams, and I demand a refund for my loss. How can a platform of Ekart’s stature allow such fraudulent sellers to operate unchecked?
