I did place order # 405-9608549-8725908 on Amazon on 11th April 2022 for Huawei GT 2 Sport Bluetooth Watch- Matte Black (2 Weeks Battery Life_Wireless_5ATM) and received it on 13th April 2021. When unboxed it on 14th April found fake product in the package. Since it was birthday gift for my brother in law, we did record unboxing video which I shared with Amazon on 14th April, initially Amazon assured me that I will get refund but as of 28th April they did not come back and all of sudden on 28th April evening they denied refund stating when product left there facility it was correct product and i have sent wrong product to them. I am loyal customer of Amazon for last 7-8 years and how they can harrass me with wrong allegations.
