Dear Sir,

I have shown an adevertisement in facebook about smart watches available at huge discounted price at thesuperwatches.com, so I have given that order with my address details and contact number. But I have not received any tracking details or mail from the company. Later on I tried to find out my order in the web site but no records found. So I could not track the order. Today I have received the details that the order is getting delivered today. Trackibg details are as given, Out for Delivery: Galaxy Smarty Watch ( … with tracking ID PKRC7000056868 from pickrr.com, will be delivered today by an EKART Wish Master (call 03340585138, PIN 131).

My wife received the order with paying the amount of 1799/-. But when she opened the order there was no smart watch. There was only a regular watch.

But I have no issues with that if I could return the product and get my money back. When I tried to reach out to the retailer Shiv Trading  or the web site contact details, none of the contact details I able to connect. Retailer Shiv Trading number is showing not correct and number of web site is also not receiving call. There is no space to return the product from web site. This is a clear fraud and as per the SMS Communication product which I ordered is Galaxy Smart watch and product I have received of Fast track. Please help me to get my money back from the retailer.
