I ordered a box of protein i.e. Himalaya quista pro chocolate 2kg from Amazon on 9th march (Order id: 408-5711036-1691540) for which i received the delivery on 11th march, the outside packing was teared from one corner i requested the delivery boy to let me open the product and check it but he refused and told that don’t worry everything is ok and this is teared due to miscarriage, later on after he gave me the possession of the pack and when i opened it i found that the product seal is broken and there are several stones to increase the weight of the box, i complained to Amazon immediately but they kept on telling that they will look into this and now they are saying that they cannot do anything regarding this.
I am a middle class person and cannot take such hits to my pocket, i request you to please intervene and do the needful.
