I placed an order in Flipkart application for crocs literide by paying rs.4495 online on 16/09/22 which is Flipkart assured (order id-OD126012549623837000) and received the product on 19/09/22. The product was completely different from what I ordered according to the image displayed on the website and it is not original crocs clearly.I tried returning the product but the refund rejected saying seller didn’t accept the request.This is clear fraud from Flipkart and seller.kindly do the needful and help to resolve the issue.
