I am a Flipkart Plus member
I ordered Mi band 5 from Flipkart on 26/09/2024 and I got it delivered on 04/10/2024.
I have major issues with the product:
1) Charging Issue – Whenever I connect the charging cable with the Mi band 5 instantly within 2-4 seconds it says 100% charge done, in 5-10 minutes the charge is drained automatically.
2) I didn’t receive the User Manual in the box.
3) The serial number is missing in the box as well as in the Invoice also and there is no MI security code.
4) MRP in the box and MRP in the website of Flipkart are Mismatched.
* With all these issues when I contacted the Flipkart Customer service through a call they told me to connect with the Brand Service center and then I contacted them, they told me there is no serial number that’s why we can’t help. Now I am feeling I was badly cheated by Flipkart, the seller sent me a duplicate product.
Please help me in this bad situation.
