I recharged my jio phone number using rechargezap for 151Rs. The app took 10Rs as processing fees too and failed my transactions but didnot refund my money back to account. Instead put it into their wallet. I tried to contact their customer care 9315939931 to no use and also tried to utilise the wallet amount to recharge multiple times but failed.
If this is a fraudulent website it needs to be banned so that others do not loose bigger amounts. I
