On 24th August, i had ordered a casio edifice bluetooth watch(EQB-1000) which costs- Rs31535. But received different watch from seller. I had an unboxing video of this watch also. So, I had requested them for replacement or direct refund. They took 2days time and accepted to take return that product. On 28th aug, i had returned that product. From then onwards I didn’t get any response from Amazon side. On 4th September I contacted amazon customer service, they told me that they didn’t receive the product which they had sent,so they won’t refund me or provide me replacement. I had called them so many times to get help but they didn’t respond me. I had asked them the details of the seller,or else the details of their warehouse management to contact them directly to get help, for this also they didn’t provide me any details. Now i had lost my 31535rs and they took the watch also. Someone please help me with this issue. I can’t even digest this thing to loss my money of 31535rs.
