I “Rajeev“ had ordered a mobile Order 2800657362 “Swipe Konnect 5.1 Black” through Paytm online website on 23-feb-2017.
I have made online payment of 3249/- for said product.
I received said ordered product on 25-feb-2017 through Delhivery Courier.
When I received said product i found that it was a defective piece of mobile.
i did login my paytm id and search the option for replacement of product, but i have not found any option for replacement.
Then I found option of RETURN & REPLACEMENT option and i choose that option for my issue, and also share all the detail of my issue regarding defectiveness of product in the remarks area.
Then after some time i received a mail from paytm care in that mail Ms. Nidhi replied that your request for return of said product is accepted and we are working on it.
I read out the whole mail and then replied on the same mail to paytm care the i don’t want to return the product i want only replacement of said product. Also i shared the pics of defectiveness of said product.
THEN MAIL GAME STARTED BY PAYTM CARE & THEY USED ONLY ONE MAIL EVERYTIME THAT I HAVE APPLIED FOR RETURN AND WE ARE WORKING ON IT.
Even I said to paytm care in the same mail that please take in loop while reply to me for resolution but nothing was fall of deaf ears on paytm care.
Instead i have clearly said your such repeating mail is harassing to me and in my every mail clearly I said that I have requested for REPLACEMENT the said product and I don’t want any refund for said product.
Paytm also working as a cheater online protal ;-
1. Swipe Konnect 5.1 Black price on Swipe website – – 3999/-
2.On Box i received the said product MRP is 3999/-
3. But the paytm is showing MRP 6999/-
3. And Showing discount of 47% in 3199/-
Now by all this it is clear that paytm is doing a cheating with all customer who are purchasing online through paytm .
Even customer are not aware from this kind of cheating by paytm online website.
It is my humble request to all customers who are purchasing different kind of products through online websites please be careful from such kind of FRAUD online websites. And take care of your precious money.
