I had purchased Apple Airpods 2nd gen from flipkart for rs 25000, but I had received a defective product and missing charging cable. I have complained to flipkart about this multiple times and they agreed for replace but after the replacement came they are telling they cant take the product because the cable is not available. I had previously contacted and visited the apple care which is located in the Mantri mall in Bangalore and they insisted that I should get a refund instead of a replacement from Flipkart since I have purchased from flipkart the fake. And they told me that only flipkart will be able to replace the product. As the product was defective and charging cable was missing. i request for full refund of they product or a replacement.
