I have ordered a Brother printer DCP T300 From PAYTM against order number 10029106025 and I received it on 6th Jan 2020 , and when I opened it, I get to know that printer showing error on screen and not working and I put return request on the same day 6th Jan 2020 but Paytm not ready to pickup printer and printer packing is too rough. Paytm advised to take service from brother service center and I put request to brother service center for repair this printer and service center also denied for printer repair, service center said printer Allready opened in market and parts damage so service center will not provide service, and then again I contact with Paytm but Paytm rejected return request now printer have no use for me because printer not working till the date of delivery. Please help in this matter
