I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I have been experiencing with a recent purchase made on Amazon. On [02-06-2023], I ordered a [(Renewed) Dell Vostro 3rd Gen Intel Core i3 HD Business Laptop (4 GB RAM/500 GB HDD/14″ (35.6 cm)/Windows 10/MS Office/WiFi/Bluetooth/Webcam/Integrate ] from your platform, and unfortunately, the product I received is defective.
The laptop exhibits heating and charging issue. These problems severely impact its functionality and prevent me from using it as intended. I believe these defects are a clear violation of the terms and conditions outlined on your website.
On same day i contacted Amazon customer service to report the issue and requested a pickup for the defective laptop in order to initiate a return and obtain a refund or replacement. I was assured that a pickup agent would be assigned and visit my address within a reasonable timeframe. However, despite the passage of more than 10 days, no pickup agent has arrived to collect the laptop.
This delay in the pickup process has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration. I have been unable to utilize the laptop for its intended purpose, and the prolonged wait for a resolution is unacceptable. I have already invested considerable time and effort in contacting your customer service representatives, yet the situation remains unresolved.
Therefore, I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution to rectify the issue. I expect a prompt pickup of the defective laptop and a full refund as per your return policy. I also request that you compensate for the inconveniences caused, including the wasted time and the inability to use the laptop during this period.
