Hi, I’m Harshavardhan from NTR District,jaggaiahpet mandal, jaggaiahpet town.
We are facing network issues from several days, So me and neighbors called the Local cable operator for the problem. But he is telling that they’re are no staff, so many at Vijayawada also fired, we are not able to do anything apart from this, the service from head quarters not coming, So what we can do, Ask Vijayawada branch members, finally you have two options either lose your connection or change it to normal only channels connection.

So, What should I do and other fibre nets charges higher then local fibre net. That’s why we are having the set up box but they are playing with us, where is our money going, when can this solve, where is service, where can we complaint.
