Text of Complaint by Pallab Dutta:

I had ordered a sofa set from flipkart. However, the product I received was damaged. I have requested for a return/replacement via flipkart and also shared photo with them but it has been more than 4 days I am without resolution. Contacted flipkart multiple times but they’re not ready to help.
