I suresh H Jain , had ordered walnuts manes as “D nature fresh california walnut kernals” on 17 november 2018 via order no. 6548338484 through my paytm account no. as 8652258797 , quantity 250 gm ( 2 packets ) , worth Rs.580 for 2 packs.
I received the delivery on 21 November 2018 , i opened the packet , I found that walnuts received was contaminated , the taste of the walnut is bitter , which was harmful and resulted vomiting after eating them.
I tried to complain on Paytm application , but was not able to do so , I called on the complain number also many time , but no response received , goods which I bought was not under return policy , which I agree , but that does not mean that the food supplied shall be contaminated.
please help me to sort this out against Paytm application , they are not responding towards it.
request you to kindly take my grievance , as this food may occur some problem to others also if supplied the same way.
