Last night, I ordered food from zomato and they delivered cold food, it was not even lukewarm, They assigned 2 delivery persons and the delivery was late as well.. When I raised a complaint via their customer care chat, they said “sorry for the inconvenience” and when I asked for a refund or a compensation for delivery cold food, they cleared denied, said they cannot do that. This is completely unfair. I didn’t paid my hardcore money for the cold food..
