I have ordered food via zomato on 30th of September,2018 from Bikkgane Biryani in New Delhi. The food I have received was stale and I couldn’t eat it and I have lodged a complaint against it to the customer service executive. Since then, I have been giving a follow up everyday but there is no solution from their end. Till today, I haven’t received any sort of solution from them . This is highly disappointing
