I had placed an order on Swiggy from Punjabi Dhaba from Madurai. The order was as follows-
1. Paneer Tikka Masala -1
2. Aloo paratha -2
3. Butter naan-1
On receiving the items we saw the paneer and instantly filed a complaint on Swiggy stating that the quality of paneer was very poor and it wasn’t edible. Just after filing that complaint. We were having aloo paratha and I found a stapler pin inside my aloo paratha while having it. I threw away the food instantly. I could have died because of that. Again within a span of 5 minutes we filed another complaint on Swiggy stating this and asking for a full refund, they asked me to send an email regarding this and the top level will solve our query. I was quite furious at this still I emailed them the complaint. And today morning I received their response that they are issuing a refund of 53 rs, the order value was of Rs 524/-. I want strict action against Swiggy as well as the food partner for such harassment.
