Hi,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a defective product I received through Swiggy Instamart. On [28-09-2025], I ordered a Zebronics Audio Jack from Instamart. Upon testing the product, I found that the sound quality is extremely poor and not usable, which indicates a substandard quality.
I immediately tried to raise the issue through the Swiggy app, but there was no option to return or request a refund for electronic accessories. This is disappointing, especially since the product is not functioning as expected.
I request Swiggy to either:
Initiate a refund, or
Replace the product with a working one.
If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate it further through consumer protection channels.
Looking forward to a prompt resolution.
