I had raised a single product complain almost 15-20 time but till now in 2 months I haven’t got any solution.

The wings powerpods with power bank function which I have placed an order on 22/02/2023 and was delivered to me on 25/02/2023, the product which I have received had following reasons to return:-

1. The product seems to be used.
2. There are scratches on the case.
3. The wings (product) logo is faded.
4. The right bud is not at all getting on.

I have raise my complain on 25/02/2023, but till now my complain is not resolved.

I had ordered the product to gift my sister on holi festivel, but due to the above issues I was not able to gift the product.

Since then, I have raised my complained almost 15-20 times. Each time I called customer care they always used to create a new complain. If the complain is getting accepted by the sellers end the wishmaster is rejecting my complaint saying that the product mismatched or verification failed.

Some time the wishmaster didn’t visited me and cancelled the delivery from their end itself.
Some times they says that there are scratches and the complaint raised is different.

Why this is happening with me again and again???????

Each time I call customer care, they say so that you are a plus member, is this is the service which the flipkart is providing to their plus member.

Also, due to this product I am getting distracted to do my job. Each time when either I have to call to the customer care or had to receive the product, it affects my job.
I have compormised a lot of my job.

For your reference I am attaching the images of the product which I have received on 25/02/2023.

I would like to please consider it and resolved it as earliest.
