Text of Complaint by Priya Gopalan:

I ordered 2 sarees on 2 April. My order id pCYq290Xar. I received the order on the 5th of April. Of which the kora Muslin which I received was defective. After lots of follow up they gave the address to courier back to them. I couriered it back to them and the Courier ref no is 41050639416. They confirmed that they received the courier but no proper response to return my money or give a saree in exchange. Daily I am following up. They don’t pick up the call nor respond in WhatsApp. Looks like lot of customers have lost money. Pls take proper action and her YouTube channel should be banned for cheating the customers. I have all proofs of the whatsup chats and calls with me. Pls take serious action. They play with the customers money.
