I had made settlement for my credit card, last payment and date of transaction was 01 Apr 20 and they deducted the amount on 06 Apr 20 due to insufficient funds the check got bounced, as it was my last payment i was aware that it will break my settlement with bank ,and now they are implementing the daily basis charges on my card which was not even my fault , and everytime I get a call they provide me different information , I have all the recordings with me .
Please someone who is authorized personel look into this matter as it totally a case of mental and financial harassment .
