Dear Sir I have an credit card account with RBL Bank and had settled the amount by one time settlement process by paying Rs 30000 which was agreed by and confirmed as settled but the Bank is still harassing to pay the balance amount even though they have accepted as settled.Please take action as soon as possible against Bank
