Hi CEO,

You’re eager to hike the tariff and do monopoly beside other telecom giant in INDIA. The pathetic service. You advertise with a strategy telling a girl would pop up and do ookla test saying fastest 4G service. Wah! Complete disgrace. Well in india you can do anything. I filed multiple complaints to get my internet issue resolved on the number. Nah you never bother. All you do is send multiple messages if I don’t renew that 475 plan and simply give a useless APP to register complaint. Bunch of idiotic options when I dial your customer care 121 and the women who spoken today at 5:40 PM dated 11/3/22 is literally having no answer why she works in airtel customer care. Pathetic service and you shall be treated a lesson.
