I lodged complain regarding non receipt of reception in my TV through tata sky customer care toll free number. Authorised technician visited my home and after investigation , he told me that my standard digi box is required to replace and charge is rupees 550/-. I verfied charge with customer care department of tata sky and surprisingly found that charge of tata sky standard digi box is 450/-rupees . I raisef complain to tata sky customer care that why your field person charges more rupees 100/-than company’s prescribed rate. It is a matter of regret to say that even after laps of one month, no response from customer care department . I have all documentary proof of said matter.
