I tried booking a bike taxi in Rapido, my trip was confirmed By Rapido and the bike captain told me that he ran out of Fuel and he didn’t have even 10₹ to pay in petrol bunk and requested me to pay the amount in advance and he would drop me at destination. Since other taxi were not getting confirmed and I was on a hurry I sent him 150₹ by gpay and asked him to arrive soon to my pick up location. He said that he will come soon and after receiving the payment he cancelled my ride and stopped replying to my phone.Rapido has not taken any action against this person even after raising a complaint. If he is let to continue his service he will keep on cheating people like this.The person’s name is Dhanush and his number is 8880884416
