Despite registering concerns in last few days, Vodafone Mumbai continue to activate various packages randomly, without any request – resulting into balance deductions. Then, it’s really painful to get them deactivated, with IVRS just taking us on ride, with no option of connecting with their representative – to get it refunded. Seems, they’re running this intentionally to loot innocent prepaid customers.
