I came across an advertisement in Instagram or Facebook about an office chair. I ordered it at flakeshop.in for Rs. 1499 on 17th Jan 2021. I made online payment. Money has been deducted from my account. I received an email with an order confirmation with order # as 1760. I have not received the product yet. So, I checked there track order today [14/01/2021]. The link is unavailable. Also their support email is unavailable to rise query. This looks like a scam. Please do the needful.
