I had ordered 2 quantity of rakhi and received only one .I have paid for 2 atleast meesho can provide me refund of 1 rakhi which is missing.
But when I called meesho regarding this issue the customer executive said they cannot help everything is fine from their side..This means that customer is at fault.. Whenever quantity is missing from meesho the pickup boy asks for non QC which meesho never provides ..they say seller does not provide.These issues are minor but for us it’s a waste of money.
