I was book a train ticket from paytm app dated 12/10/2021 from deoria sadar to bareilly junction in train no. 05909 but due to some problem i am unable to board the train. When i was board the train then i was move to paytm app to file TDR after 20 minutes after leaving the train form my booked boarding station but i am. not able to file TDR on paytm app because that TDR option can not able to open from my paytm app.. i booked the train tickets worth of 5223 ,i lost all my monet due to app failure .please help me in. this regard
